Jamie has responsibility for Xexec’s global rewards business including Global Recognition Development and Operations and is Xexec’s thought-leader expert on employee recognition, having worked with major organisations and brands across global locations. Prior to joining Xexec, Jamie was the founder and Managing Director of the European bank IDT Financial Services, overseeing the launch of Europe’s first instant-issue prepaid MasterCard, establishing the business as a key player in the European prepaid market. Prior to IDT, Jamie worked in product and commercial development across the media and telecoms industry with responsibilities for the development of the world's first digital interactive broadband TV platform at Cable & Wireless, and for Enhanced/Interactive broadcast television at NTL (now Virgin Media). Jamie was also Director of Interactive Content Development at Carlton Television with a seat on the Carlton Productions Board. Jamie received an MPhil from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, as a British Academy Scholar, has a First Class BSc (Econ) from The London School of Economics and has completed the Corporate Finance Programme at London Business School.
