Jennie is responsible for developing wellbeing product propositions to the corporate market and delivering strategies that build awareness around employee health. She has been working in employee wellbeing since 2013. Jennie is passionate about mental health and delivering awareness and openness around this issue. Her team have recently launched new a mental health digital solution 'Thrive' as part of a holistic approach to employee wellbeing. The solution focuses on delivering accessible pathways that support employee health needs with a focus on preventative care. Jennie has previously held a variety of marketing and product proposition roles at marketing agency, Lloyds Banking Group and MBNA.
