Adam Sullivan is the CEO of Baywater Healthcare, one of the largest providers of in-home therapies to the NHS. Adam led the acquisition of the business from Air Products PLC in 2013 and divested the business to leading French healthcare provider, Bastide Medical in 2018. Baywater Healthcare delivers its service directly to over 40,000 patients across the UK. They employ 300 staff, over 50% of whom are remote-based workers working across the country. Adam is committed to both the physical and mental wellbeing of his team encompassed through their core philosophy of ‘Enhancing Lives’, which he believes applies just as much to his colleagues as it does to the patients they support.
